• The Listing Agent creates and uploads the listing, includes pictures etc. can print and save it online, the pertinent information is then automatically used in all the documents related to the transaction, other documents can be created on demand by the appropriate party without re-entering the pertinent information.

• Each property that is processed on 1 Docs has an online file that can be accessed by the needed parties throughout the transaction, permissions can be set on the content of the file to allow authorized parties to view and/or write to the file. All easily done online from any internet connected device.
